ArbIt is committed to enhance the legislation on arbitration and ADR and take active part in promoting core legal principles in the Dispute Resolution field.
ArbIt goes beyond the competition between law firms and in a spirit of true friendship and cooperation it aims at advancing the understanding and practice of arbitration and ADR tools among members and other participants in the legal profession as a whole.
The activities of ArbIt are coordinated by its co-chairs and the Advisory Board, in charge of organising our events in Italy and abroad, and keeping members up to the date in their respective areas of practice.
